These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cygnuz AI website, platform, and AI-powered receptionist and scheduling services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Cygnuz AI, Inc. (“Cygnuz AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cygnuz AI provides an AI-powered voice and scheduling assistant designed to help home service businesses answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments. Features, availability, and functionality may change or be updated over time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You may not use the Service to transmit spam, harassing, or deceptive communications.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

6. Call Data & Recordings

Use of the Service may involve recording, transcribing, and processing calls and messages on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and any required consent to record and process such communications in your jurisdiction. 7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Cygnuz AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI, Google) to operate certain features. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of these third-party services.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cygnuz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue or missed appointments.
